How to Color an Overlay 2 Ways Tutorial

2. You can take the PNG Overlay or the PNG Templates to Colorize you do the following steps below
How to Colorize Overlay PNG template
1. Take the Overlay go to Windows>Duplicate close the original then Duplicate how many you want to colorize
2. Go to Adjust>Hue and Saturations choose the color you want to colorize the PNG template once happy click okay
3. Go to File save as PNG format
How to Add paper to Overlay
1. Open the PNG Overlay or PSP Image, or you going to build the PNG Templates into layer once you have your overlay you do the following below
2. Open the Paper you want go to Add>Materials Pattern locate the paper you open add it into the pattern you can adjust the angle and the scale to your choice sometimes I use 45 angle, 50 scale click okay or sometimes I use 0 or 90 angle, and 50 scale or sometimes it is just 0 angle, 100 scale your choice these tips to help you
3. Go to the layer or the template of the overlay that you want to add paper into
4. Go to Selections>Select All>Float then go to Layers>Add new raster layer click on the paint can and paint the paper you choose to use into the marching ants on the new raster layer
5. Go to Selections>Select None
6. Go to the color paper layer then go to Layers>Overlay it will change the overlay into the paper design all shades have been add to make the effect that I create with the psp scripts, templates, and/or the frame clusters
7. Once you have the full overlay templates done go to to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible
8. Go to File save as PNG format you turn your design into the element
