Mothers Love Tutorial
You need the following below
Moms Spring Kit HERE (purchase)
Tag Template HERE (the template provide no longer available so I made a tag template for this tutorial as of today June 12th, 2025 xoxo)
1. Go File new size 800 x 550 transparent image
2. Open Oval Template go to Image>Resize height 400 pixels click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go the transparent image to Edit>Paste into new layer
3. Open Paper 10 add it to your top materials pattern at 0 angle, 100 scales click okay now go to the oval template go to Selections>Select all> then go to Selections>Float go to Layers>New Raster layer then go to paint can and paint the lite purple paper into the marching ants of the new raster layer then go to your Effects>Inner Bevel with this setting below
Bevel # 2, width 30, Image smoothness 7, depth 3, color white, angle 315, Intensity 50, and Elevation 30 the rest at zero click okay then go to Selections>Select None. Now go to the purple oval paper do the same inner bevel again
4. Open Floral 1 go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the floral on the left side once in place go to Layers>Duplicate then Image>Mirror (it will adjust the right or move to the right of the oval )
5. Open Lg Triangle Template go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer
6. Open Paper 11 add it to your patterns 0 angle, 100 scales click okay now go to the lg triangle square go to Selections>Select all then Selections>Select Float go to Layers>Add new raster layer then click on your paint can and paint the dark purple paper into the marching ants then go to your Effects>Inner Bevel same as before click okay then go to Selections>Select None
7. Open Frame 2 go to Image>Resize 45% go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the frame on top of the dark paper triangle on the left side leave then go to Layers>Duplicate move over to the right side (want leave little purple edges of the frames) View picture above
8. Now design the girl tube as you like or as I did go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Edit>Copy then Edit>Paste into Image, close the original out click no then go to Windows>Duplicate, take one of them go to Image>Resize 400 height pixel click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the frames layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her head into the left frame once in place take your eraser and erase the bottom move the girl up and continue to erase the rest of her then place her back into the left frame once please with it then go to Layers>Duplicate Image>Mirror and adjust in the right slide then go to both of the girl layers go to Layers>Merge down both girls on the same layer then go to your layers place soft light then go to Layers>Duplicate 3 times
9. Open Floral 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Image>Free Rotate Left 25 click okay then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the floral on the top right outer corner then once in place go to Layers>Duplicate move it to the bottom left corner then go to Layers>Duplicate move to the upper left frame right corner then go to Layers>Duplicate move it to the lower left side of the bottom frame
10. Open Balloons 4 go to Image>Resize 45% now go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the floral elements go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the balloons beneath the floral on the lower right side frame
11. Open Towel 2 go to Image>Resize 35% go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it down the bottom left side as shown above
12. Open Box Hearts go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the towels element go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it in the center
13. Open Present 4 go to Image>Resize 35% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the presents on the right side of the edge
14. Open Floral 1 go to Image>Rotate Right then go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the floral in front of the right bottom frame then go to Layers>Duplicate move it in front of the box then go to Layers>Duplicate move it in front of the towels
15.Go to the girl tube (keep) go to Image>Resize height 440 pixels click okay now go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her into the center (she sit on top of the oval) as shown above once in place go to your Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 10 black click okay
16. Open Tbear 3 go to Image>Resize 35% now go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the girl tube go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the bear on the right side by the girl tube and in front of the towels as shown above
17. Open Tbear 2 do step 16 again but this time place it on the right side as shown above
18. Open Puppy (your choice I use the brown one) go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the puppy in front of the presents as shown above once in place go to Effects>Drop Shadow same as before click okay then go to Layers>Duplicate move the puppy up by the girls legs as shown above
19. Open word art Mothers Love go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Image>Negative turn it white then go to Effects>Drop Shadow of 2 2 60 2 black do it 2 times then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the word art on top of the balloons and your purple background templates we create as shown above
20. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible go to Image>Resize 95% (optional)
21. Add copy right as show below
then add your name I use the following font Allura HERE size 20 with the color of #74266f then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible
