Tag Template HERE (this been update the oval no longer available so I made a tag template to go with this tut design update June 12th, 2025 xoxo
1. Go to File open new transparent at 800 x 550 click okay
2. Go to your Selection tool add the following setting below
Top 83, Right 689, Bottom 457, and Left 154 click okay
3. Go to Layers>Go to New Raster Layer
4. Open Paper 6 go to Materials open Pattern locate Paper 6 add the settings at 0 angle, 100 scales click okay then click on your paint can and paint the gold paper into the marching ants of your new raster layer then go to your 3d Effects>Inner Bevel with this setting below
Bevel #2, width 30, Image smoothness 7, Depth 3, Angle 315, Color White, Intensity 50, and Elevation 30 everything else at 0 click okay then go to Selections>Select None
5. Go to Layers>Add new raster layer
6. Go to Selections Tool with this setting below
Top 61, right 666, bottom 336, and left 460 click okay
7. Open Paper 10 add it to your pattern 0 angle, 100 scales click okay click on your paint can and paint the purple paper into the selection tool setting we create on step 6 to your new raster layer add the same inner bevel as before then go to Selections>Select None now go to Layers>Duplicate with your mouse move the duplicate over to the left side line on the bottom right side of the gold like it is on the right side (use your best judgment)
8. Open the Oval Template go to Edit>Copy go to the top of your image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your mouse move the oval template on top of the right purple template paper we made (use your best judgment)
9. Open Paper 11 add it to your pattern materials 0 angle, 100 scales click okay now go to the oval template go to Selections>Select all, Selections>Float, then to to Layers>New Raster layer click on your paint can and paint the dark purple in your new raster layer of the marching ants of the oval template add the same inner bevel as before then go to Selections>Select None. Go to the purple oval paper add the same inner bevel give more depth
10. Open Floral 2 go to Image>Resize 55 percent click okay then go to Edit>Copy go the top of your image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool line the floral on the left side then once in place go to Layers>Duplicate then Image>Mirror move over to the right side for you (when you close the element click no so don't that small on you)
11. Open Floral 1 go to Image>Rotate Left then go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the floral down on the bottom right side line with the floral 2 as shown above once in place go to Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror
12. Open Board go to Image>Resize 45% now go to Edit>Copy now go down to the purple oval paper layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the board on the right side of the floral as shown above
13. Open Jar4 go to Image>Resize 65% go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the gold jar up next to the floral on the righ side as shown above
14. Open Jar 3 do step 13 again this time add it in front of the gold jar little over as shown above
15. Open Jar 2 go to Image>Resize 65% go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on top of the board on the upper left corner
16. Open Jar 1 resize it also to 65% then add it to your image layer on the top of your right purple square it fit like it is hanging on it
17. Open Candice create her as you like or as I have then go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible then go to Edit>Copy then Edit>Paste into Image, (close the ordinal ) click no. Go to Image>Resize 500 height pixel click okay now go Edit>Copy go down to the board go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her on the left side once in place go to Layers>Duplicate with your mouse move her to the top (don't worry we are going to cover the bottom area)
18. Open the word art Happy Mothers Day go to Image>Resize 45% then go to Edit>Copy go down to the board layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your mouse move the word art on top of the board as shown above
19. Open Floral 2 go to Image>Rotate Left then go to Image>Resize 25% go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the floral on the bottom left side of the board then go to Layers>Duplicate move the floral over on the right side line up with floral little as shown above then take your eraser go down to both Candice image and erase the bottom of her dress beneath the small floral
20. Open Butterfly Sheet go to Image>Resize 35% then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the right side with the board it will line up to sit on your papers as shown above
21. Open Puppy 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy then go the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the puppy down in front of the jars as shown above
22. Open Puppy 1 go to Image>Mirror then go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the brown puppy on the left side of the pink jar as shown above
23. Open Hat 2 go to Image>Resize 35% go to Edit>Copy go down to the black puppy layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the hat in front of the bottom of the board behind the brown puppy once in place take your eraser and eraser the ribbons of the hat on the jar
24. Open Bird 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the purple bird down on top of the hat as shown above
25. Open Bird 1 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the dark purple bird on top of the bar as shown above then go to your Effects>Drop Shadow of 0 0 60 5 which this color #7e7e7e click okay
26. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible
27. Add the copyright as shown below
