You need the following below
Moms Spring Kit HERE (purchase)
Background mist (right click below)
1. Open the Window Template if you can not open the psp image then build it together
2. Open the background mist go down to the black window frame highlight that layer now go to the mist go to Edit>Copy now go to the image layers black frame layer go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the background mist over to the right side now open the other elements go to the told brown window frame with your selection tool draw square on the edge of the black to up to your transparent then go to Edit>Cut it will remove the mist that showing on the outside of your frame or you can just erase it either way works (set this aside by mini sizing it we will return to it soon)
3. Open Bookcase Shelf (choose between purple or brown) I use brown one go to Windows>Duplicate close the original out we are going to build elements into the shelf
3a. Open Baby bear go to Image>Resize 25% go to Edit>Copy go to the bookcase go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer lay the baby bear on the 2nd shelf as shown above when you close the baby bear element click no (that way goes back to it original size )
3b. Open 3 of the shopping bags ( I use 3,4,5) go to Image>Resize 25% then add them to the bookcase to the lower shelf
3c. Open D Camera 1, 2, 3 go to Image>Resize 25% then take the gold camera go to Edit>Copy then go to the top images go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer place it on the top shelf right side, then add the light purple camera then the dark purple camera lay them in front of each other as if their is several digital cameras need developed
3d. Open Hat 1, 2 go to Image>Resize 25% take the pink hat go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer move the hat on the 2nd shelf by baby bear then take the white one add it on top of the pink hat
3e. Open all 4 Candy bag go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Image>Resize 80% then add them one by one into your image on the top left side as if they are bunch of candy bags need be hand out to kids lol
3f. Open books 1 go to Image>Resize 25% then at 80% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place then books on the bottom shelf right side next to the shopping bags
3g. Open book 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then 80% 2 times then go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the books on top of the other books
3i. Go to top image layers go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible (mini size this for a moment)
4. Go to the window image open it back up
5. Open Curtain (choose which one I went 1st one) go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer move the curtain up on top of the window frame (it will fit perfectly for you)
6. Open the bookcase we build go to Edit>Copy now go down beneath the curtain go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place it on the left side of the window
7. Open both make up go to Image>Resize 20% then again at 60% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the bookcase go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer add both make up to the top of the bookcase as shown above
8. Open Mirror go to Image>Mirror, then go to Image>Resize 60% then at 20% then go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the mirror on top of the bookcase on the left side corner as shown above
9. Open 2 of the lipsticks ( I use 2 & 3) go to Image>Resize 10% go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer I move the purple lipstick on the 2nd shelf and the brown lipstick on the top shelf by the mirror
10. Open the Ladder 1 (or use 2) go to Image>Resize 70% 4 times go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the ladder on the right side of the window as shown above
11. Open the Chair go to Image>Resize 70% then again at 80% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the chair on the right side of the window
12. Open the High Shoes all 3 go to Image>Resize 20% then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool move the flower shoe first top ladder bar place on the right side then go to Layers>Duplicate move the shoe over (making look like sit on the ladder) then do this again for the 2nd ladder with the purple shoes 3rd ladder with the gold shoes (don't worry the heels with the ladder
13. Open the Radio go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the radio down on the floor on the right side of the bookcase hiding part of the ladder
14. Open Presents 4 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the presents on the right side of the chair once in place take your eraser and erase the chair leg underneath the presents (optional)
15. Open Purse 2 go to Image>Resize 25% go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the pink purse on the left side of the bookcase move it up and line with the window frame
16. Open Purse 1 do step 15 again this time move the flower purse in front the pink purse as shown above
17. Open Puppy 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the puppy down in front of the bookcase by the purses once in place lets add a drop shadow to him of 0 0 60 5 black click okay
18. Open Towels 1 go to Image>Resize 25% go to Edit>Copy go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the towels in the chair
19. Open Towels 2 go to Image>Resize 25% then again at 80% then go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer add the towels on top of the other towels
20. Open Towels 3 go to Image>Resize 25% then 80% 2 times then go to Edit>Copy then go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the 3rd set of the towels on top of the chair as shown above
21. Open Nikki 7 go to Image>Resize 80% go to Edit>Copy now go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place her on the floor as shown above once in place with the elements move the radio a little to the left then add the same drop shadow
22. Open the word art Home is where Mom is go to Image>Resize 55% then go to Image>Negative turn it white then go to Edit>Copy then go to the top image layers go to Edit>Paste into new raster layer with your move tool place the word art on the frame as shown above then go to your 3d Drop shadow of 2 2 60 5 black click okay then add the drop shadow one more time
23. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible
24. Add the copyright as shown below
